It's also a chance for you to ask us anything you're curious about - our business, our process, or whatever comes to mind. We genuinely want to make sure we can provide the best support possible, so let's make sure we're a great match for each other!

After our discovery call, you will get a follow-up email with any additional information you requested from us on our discovery call. If you decide we are a good fit for your needs, we will move into the groundwork phase!

02. The Groundwork

The Groundwork

We’ll send over a client portal with your contract, invoice, workflow questionnaire, and client collection forms. Once you’ve returned your contract and invoice, we’ll set your official start date and schedule your kickoff call!

After you receive your initial documents, and before your kickoff call date, you'll be working on completing a detailed workflow questionnaire that delves into your current business processes. This questionnaire will help us gather the initial information we need to create a workflow system that's tailored just for you.

03. Workflow Build-out

Workflow Build-out

Now the real fun begins! During our 2-hour kickoff call, we will expound on your workflow questionnaire form to get to the heart of your business and its needs.This will lay the groundwork for building out a workflow system that is designed with your unique processes and needs in mind.

Using the information we gathered in both the workflow questionnaire and the kickoff call, we will get to work developing a comprehensive workflow system for your business.

If you selected our Essentials or Bespoke package, we will begin creating all the additional documents you need for your unique workflow (canned emails, proposals, questionnaires, welcome forms, etc). We'll then schedule another call to review these with you.

Once we have your approval on both your workflows and your forms, we will fully implement them into your Dubsado account for you.
